We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. All colors are approximations of actual colors. For best results, view this page with your color depth set to 16-bit (thousands of colors) or higher.
In most cases we do not accept custom designs unless you are a wholesaler able to meet our minimums. Nevertheless you can contact us with the details and we will try our best to meet your requirment.
We will contact you and refund you the full price of the item and refund your original mode of payment for the value of the item within 3-5 business days.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours unless otherwise stated in the product description or your confirmation email. Orders within India normally take 3-6 business days to arrive after being shipped depending on shipping address proximity from our dispatch location i.e. Mumbai. All our orders are dispatched via FedEx unless your location is not serviced by them and we have to use an alternate.
Yes, additional charges applicable. Cash On Delivery orders will be required to provide a valid mobile number. Customers will receive a confirmatory Call / WhatsApp message by customer care on the number provided. COD order will be processed only after the customer has confirmed the order on this call by Customer Care.

If your shipment is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases the carrier will need to update your address which will result in an upcharge. Magic Needles® is not responsible for paying this upcharge. To avoid the upcharge, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up.
You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at email@example.com with information regarding your situation and your claim number.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your order for a refund within the first 7 days from delivery. The item(s) must be returned in the original unused, unworn condition with the tags still attached.
Hobby Store products and/or products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing accessories for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
