Is your site secure?

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process. Most browsers will show a lock icon in the top status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information. To further ensure your security, we use state of the art SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use. We do not store credit card information on our site.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, Debit card as well as Net banking. We also offer Cash On Delivery at a nominal charge.

Do your photos on the site match the product exactly?

Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of desktop scanners, digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen as an exact color of the product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. All colors are approximations of actual colors. For best results, view this page with your color depth set to 16-bit (thousands of colors) or higher.

Can I order a custom size or a custom colour to existing design?

In most cases we do not accept custom designs unless you are a wholesaler able to meet our minimums. Nevertheless you can contact us with the details and we will try our best to meet your requirment.

What happens if I order something and it is out of stock?

On rare occasions an item may not be available and should this occur, we will contact you and inform you regarding the delay. If the yarn is available with us, we will hand-knit one for you on priority. This may delay the shipment by a day or two hence we will contact you and take your prior approval.

If the above is not possible, we will contact you and refund you the full amount to your original mode of payment.

When will my order be shipped / How long will it take for my item to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders on the same working day if ordered before 12pm, or alternatively on the next working day if ordered after 12pm or on a bank holiday.

Orders within India normally take 3-6 business days to arrive after being shipped depending on shipping address proximity from our dispatch location i.e. Mumbai. Most orders will arrive within the estimated time shared by our courier partners but delivery times may occasionally take longer especially during peak sales and allowance should be made for this. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our courier partners but will assist where possible.

I entered in the wrong address, what do I do?

Contact [email protected] immediately. In many cases we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn’t already been processed.

There is a problem with my shipment, what do I do?

If your shipment is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases the carrier will need to update your address which will result in an upcharge. Magic Needles® is not responsible for paying this upcharge. To avoid the upcharge, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up.

My order never arrived. Lost or stolen shipments.

You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at [email protected] with information regarding your situation and your claim number.

I need to cancel my order.

Please contact [email protected]. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed.

How do I return an order?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your order for a refund within the first 7 days from delivery. The item(s) must be returned in the original unused, unworn condition with the tags still attached.

Hobby Store products and/or products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please return your order to the address listed below:

Please note, handling charges are non-refundable. Magic Needles® is not responsible for return freight charges.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:
* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing accessories for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Does Magic Needles® pay for international shipping duties and taxes?

Magic Needles® is not responsible for duties and taxes collected at time of delivery. In many cases duties and taxes are applied to the MRP of the product you purchased.
